1st gear

having problems getting into first gear when cold and warm,any ideas or his clutch on way out hope not,also any idea how much one is????

mine sometimes does it as well,

i just slip it into second, then into first no issues then mate.

They're all a bit hard to get into 1st when cold, I found putting a better quality gearbox oil in helped

yeah a decent oil. it could be worn though mate synchro mesh or even a worn clutch, whats it like getting into other gears?

Mine's not the best going in forst when cold, sometimes even second can be bad. Not usually a problem when warm though.

mines is the exact same had it back at renault 3 times with it and they just change the gearbox oil and its fine for a few weeks. Itd booked in for next tuesday at renault ayr to get it looked at again its a pain in the hoop
