Car vandalised

Some degenerate misfit kicked the drivers side wing mirror off my Mrs's car last night - even snapped the wiring loom.

[2010 Mk.3 facelift Clio 1.2]

It looks like the main black plastic casing is broken where it hinges - does anybody have any pictures which might help me to bodge it back together?

I'll put an advert in the wanted section for a replacement mirror assembly.

must be the in thing at the minute, some little rat decided to do it to my R27 last night, not a fun thing to walk up to, currently gaffa taped on, luckily glass wasn't brokenand the wiring not pulled out,

but how do you take them off?? now it might be the time to go for black wing mirrors for my UR

on the inside of the door take the plastic triangle off its got two bolts from memory..
