Why is it that every website and company that sells anything in mass can never have a reliable server.

Ticket websites or the DVLA which is the one pissing me off now. Been trying to access there website since 8.30am. Finally get in and by the look of it some other **** has bought the plate i wanted.

Did they not expect people to want to use there website?? Especially since they announced you will no longer be able to buy a private plate over the phone. They hadnt thought it through?? Frustrating.
