is the turbo lump the same procedure as f4r? Wondered if anyone nos the procedure . Engine is out so easy access

I looked at that but couldn't see complete guide. I've got one somewhere but lost it.lol
Yeah no dephaser, think the crank has woodruff key but not sure about cams. If that was the case I would just get cam tool to line cams up .

You've got to use all the tools specified including the cam pulley locking tool and the grooved locking tool. No point doing it with non gen tools either, if you do the timing WILL be out.
Have I seen a guide somewhere where can put vehicle details in and it will give you correct timing belt kit details. Need a kit for meg and scenic. Thought it was on gates site but can't find it

You can get the proper timing tools and cambelt kit (tensioners waterpump) from renault parts direct. Gates makes the belts but it won't come with a waterpump and that's worth doing while the cambelt is off

Tools just get genuine renault, about 150 from renault parts direct but you can easily sell on after. Belts I would just get the Renault kit, then you can't go wrong.
