Headlight Covers

Hi Guys,

My main headlight bulb covers on both sides have holes cut into them. This is causing condensation in my headlights etc.

Checked ebay and trying to find best/cheapest place to get some replacements?

Anyone got any lying about?

Cheers
JAM

are the holes big if not fill them, find some plastic like a lid, cut to size
and glue over the hole's till you get some new ones, for new ones ask karl
and the breakers on ebay

Presuming you mean cover in the back of the light unit.?
Don't think they actually sell them separate.

They do sell them. Pop into your local Renault and order a pair. I asked Karl for some but he said postage was more than the items so may as well source from dealer

just get a couple of blanking grommets from a motorist shop and fit them in to the holes in the headlight covers....

Someone mentioned they'd had some this week, on warrenty i think but said they were about £15 for the pair.

To be fair, that's not the worse I've seen.

The tweeter covers on the dash are like £45 or something. For 2 bits of brittle plastic!

seriously dont know how they price items at times!!!!

i know that turnover has an effect on price but somethings are just a joke :jumpon:

Really frustrated lads, cant get these anywhere!

checked ebay, anyone got any other ideas?

they are 85mm in diameter, was trying to find an aftermarket supplier. .

Why mess about over £22? It's hardly something that aftermarket manufacturers are going to bother with is it? Just get them ordered!
