How do I remove door bump strips? (200)

Hi, am I right in thinking you slide it to the rear of the car? Does the same apply to the small piece behind the door? I need to remove them to have a chip repaired and resprayed.

Open the door and remove a small plug on the inside edge, you'll find a torx head screw which has to be removed first. Remove the indicator from the door completely then slide towards the rear of the car, I used the handle of a hammer just to give it a little tap to move it back. The rear bit just pulls straight off the car no sliding at all (needs a BIG pull)

Kinda :/ grab it with most fingers and thumb on top and push down and pull the top edge out, shouldn't need too much effort
