Low battery warning

My 197 started showing a low battery warning. Under 1400 revs the battery will not charge. Have changed the alternator (twice) the battery, the surge protection box (twice) and the wiring from the alternator. Checked all earths which are fine. The car has now been sitting in a Renaultsport specialist for 7 weeks and they have apparently tried everything. It has had the top UK technicians baffled to the extent that they cannot rectify the fault and are now in contact with Renault France for further advice. I'm left driving around in a 1.2 Corsa hire car and have contacted Renault complaints. The likelihood is that they cannot fix the car and i already have substantial costs for a car that cannot seeminly be repaired. I 'm gutted. I love the car and have owned plenty of Renaultsport cars, but i am now at the end of my tether.I wonder if anybody has any suggestions as to what the fault could be, or if anybody has had a similar experience. I can't believe that a four year old car cannot be repaired by Renault UK and need some help please.

hope you get it up and rolling soon, cant really contribute as I didnt have any problems as you have described, when my battery was dead the car never gave me a warning  it kept on blinking airbag error for half a second though each time I started the engine...

The ecu is probably telling the wrong thing and the brake pads need changing! Lol!

Paul199 I cannot recommend anything but it maybe worth posting up what RS specialist it is and where abouts you are from as there maybe a different garage that someone can recommend! the more eyes you get round it the more someones bound to know!
