I need some advise please , About 2 weeks ago I was driving and squirted water on my windshield to clean the window , smoke suddenly appeared to be coming from the wiper stalk. I pulled over and turned the car off and the smoke stopped , I then turned the car back on again and the smoke started again and then heard the Wiper fuse pop. I have taken it all appart , cleaned as much as I could and put it all back together but closed off the 4 pins that connected to the board with some electrical tape. Now everything seems to be working BUT just wondering what connectes to those 4 pins ? Any advise ?
I know that there are 6 wires going in to the stalk , the 2 middle ones are for the horn but then it has 2 set on either side.
