Have been running Goodyear Eagle F1's on track this year and the outside edge on the fronts are really rounded compared to the rest of the tyre.

Got an advisory on my MOT last week and did Snetterton yesterday so might not be legal at the minute!

Any track guys out there had same problem?

Any tips to stop this happening? or is it a case of to much speed in corners causing scrubbing effect?

F1 has a sensitive and weak sidewalls .
Its not Just you.
If you drive very clean and in a big track and unlike gymkhanas youll be fine .
At small tracks with tight turns/corners or gymkhanas these tyres sidewalls wear fast .
All that said on f1 assy 2,dunno About 1/3

P.s try higher pressure on them might help but still not completely curing.

Get your self some adjustable top mounts fitted if you're doing some more track days and dial in a little more camber. I'm going to be doing a group buy on a set of caster/camber top mounts shortly after talking to Pav/Sean. See my build thread for more information.
