what is the warranty on a 197?
my wheels are flacky in small areas. is it 2 years manufactor and 1 dealer, or something silly like that.Or 3 full years?

3 years manufacturers warranty - obviously work is done at the dealer. RUK pick up the bill.

In most cases if you call RUK they'll tell you to go to the dealer for them to check it out first.

It does seem to depend on which dealer you go to and on which day of the week it is to what they'll agree to.

I had the same problem and they told me it weren't covered under warranty and I ended up having to pay for them to be refurbished myself.

they should be covered. Wheels shouldnt flake after 2 1/2 years
