Weird grinding noise coming from back

When im driving (especially in the wet) I can hear a weird rubbing/grinding noise. When I lift my handbrake up/push my brake down it stops, but as soon as I release either of them it starts again. It seems like either the handbrake or brakes are grinding when im driving. Does anyone know what this may be?

Sticking pads? Common with the clios. Have you had them cleaned recently?

I haven't no but how would I go about getting them cleaned?

Remove pads, copper grease rear of pads and edges.

I usually get mine done at the garage when I have my winters on and off though, they don't charge much and they have the wheels off anyway.
