As said, I can't wait for the day one pulls up next to me at the lights and confidently selects launch control...

I'm looking forward to lining them up both side by side and actually finding out what era of rs would win.

That's the proof in the pudding right there.

Really? So whichever is fastest in a drag race is the winner?

Since when have RS Clios been about out and out straight line pace?

I'm really looking forward to driving one. Massive improvement in mpg and a good slug of torque versus my asthmatic 200, along with a useful weight reduction and increase in practicality.

Reviews that have surfaced so far seem to show that the RS handling DNA has been preserved with the new model...I'm struggling to find a reason not to like it.

I wonder how many people will change there minds if Evo etc come out and say its a really good car?

I will wait for reviews and a test drive to see whether I want to get one,but I do like it so far!

I'm sorry, did I say a straight line? No.

haha fail. The forum doesn't like my link because randomly it makes up the word t wat in the middle.

class!

I'm struggling to find a reason not to like it.

There's one that would stare me in the face everytime I looked at it. Its a 5 door, that's 2 too many for me. Its the very reason I didn't buy a new Focus ST to replace my last one.

3 reason I don't like it

1) The front. I think it's horrible
2) The R Sound gimmick thing. It means the car is blatantly too quiet.
3) It's a 5 door.

It's all horses for courses though.

Im in Paris at the moment and i saw a black one today  Still not convinced about the looks but the sound was pretty nice, the exhaust on gear shifts sounds like the VW or Audi dsg with the little pop haha. Seemed pretty nippy of the lights as well...

Gotta lol at all the folk that say its front diamond is too big. Once you see one (Clio 4) in the flesh you'll realise your wrong. In the pics it looks huge but when you see it in the flesh it doesn't.

I think it looks huge in the flesh.

The diamond or the car? I'll agree about the car but I suppose that's the way the class is going. The diamond looks in proportion to the car though. What you can see in the pics is that it says 'Clio' below the front diamond too, moulded into the bumper.
