New motor..

So I got a new car.. Its got dirt tyres, full coilovers, a tuned exhaust, performance air filter and an engine that revs to 32,000rpm.. with a top speed of over 38mph!

Broke the engine in by running a 20% nitro mix had to let it run for two full tanks which nearly killed me.. got my third tank and had to drive it round in circles at half throttle.. I've to do the same with the fourth which I'll do today.. Once thats done I can give it full boot..


Anyone have these before? Any advice?

I have mate, the best advice I can give is before you put it away, make sure it's completely empty of fuel, let it cut out, then try and start it again until you are sure it's empty. Otherwise if left with a bit in the engine can seize quite easy, also get yourself some after run oil which you use after you use it, you take the glow plug out the cylinder head and put a few drops of it in to stop it seizing and aid in starting next time you use it.

You may have to alter the fuel mixture once run in as when running it in it should be running rich, it will take a lot of messing to get it spot on but it's worth it.
