Winter protection and road salt damage

Well, it's that time of the year again!!!

For some of us who are totally anal about attention to detail....what do you guys do to prevent under carriage corrosion?

Been researching road salt neutralisers that dilute with water and spray on rinse off, also clear coat anti corrosion waxes.

Dirty black under seal doesn't look pleasant and this stuff seemingly can be sprayed on pretty much everywhere

For the plastic, like arch liners and rubber trims I have used this:

it doesn't go very far if you just spray it, when I do my arches i spray a lot in 1 spot then spread it with detailing brush. It's very good though and looks like new.

i don't really do anything under the car.

Yeah I seen that, I usually clean my arch liners and areas with tardis then rinse it off and maybe apply a bit of silicone spray of its decent weather.

I'm more concerned about the undercarriage, I always use a little bit of copperslip on the likes of brake pipe connections but I've noticed the section holding the radiator is looking pretty rough with rust. The subframe is fine so it's nothing structural just hate the sight of surface rust!

Sad I know...I'm fussy
