Been pondering the Clio's future recently as my commute has changed to mostly traffic (rarely getting out of 3rd gear) rather than back roads and the Alfa MiTo Cloverleafs have really caught my eye.
Good Points:
Love the styling in black or red (subjective of course)
Low Tax (about half what the 200 costs!!)
Better fuel consumption
Better interior
170bhp from a trick 1.4 turbo lump (which can be remapped to near 200bhp)
Always wanted an Alfa
Bad Points:
It's an Alfa and the dealerships are hardly just around the corner from me
Will I get bored with it
It will be worth pennies in about 18months (but so will the 200)
Been offered a very favourable part-ex offer, far more than I was expecting for the Clio tbh.
Hmmmmmm............decisions, decisions.
Any know of anyone who has got a Cloverleaf? Opinions?
