Over the last fortnight, I have noticed that my clutch pedal seems to have become much heavier than before. Gear changes themselves are smooth and the problem becomes less noticeable / improves when the car has warmed up. Any suggestions?? Would changing the brake fluid help....

The clutch shares it's fluid with the brakes. It uses the same resevoir but has it's own lines and bleed point.
