Don't think this is the right place to put this but would these fit my clio 197??

Can't tell you if that's the right kit or not - however, if your car doesn't have the projector style headlights fitted, do not fit any HID's. All you'll do is blind other road users!

Whether they fit or not will depend on which style of headlight you have. IIRC projector lights are H1 and reflectors are H7 for dipped beam. Although as said if you have reflectors the light will just scatter.
