i want a loud induction noise .....

how do i go abot getting a loud induction noise from the 197 as the itg filter reduces the noise iv just read ......mmm bespoke hks/powertec filter ?

I have an ITG panel and think the noise is louder than standard. Don't get me wrong it isn't that lond. But tbh, people with induction kits have experienced loss of power with them on. So I wouldn't bother!

Leave the cap off the standard box, you can't get more noise than that surely!?

It'll harm/offend members of pubilc whilst lowering your torque/power and possibly economy.

Go for the Clio V6/R3 Ph2 airbox if you want louder intake noise and some performance gain.

Had a guy...probably the same as me (22) in a jumped up black corsa 1.2 reving the living sh*t out of it next to me at the lights with three females in the car, I was alone and just had to take the piss with him, the rage in his face when he couldnt get past was brilliant...I hate town racing but everyones allowed some fun right?

ben r1 - i have 300 brake, in 4 x 4, quite a light car, so yeah, even a mild power cossie variant all i'd have to do is sit at 70 on the motorway and wait for him to break down anyway ha ha.
