K&N Apollo Vs Panel Filter

Hi guys, I do apologise as im sure this has been asked a few times now but I have been reading up and it appears that the clio benefits more from a panel filter over an induction kit. Is this true or is there a certain induction kit that performs better than a panel filter?

from what I have gathered so far the choices are, ITG panel filter, K&N Apollo Induction Kit and ITG Maxogen induction kit.

Thanks, Chris

The apollo is rubbish on the 197, a v6 airox set up or a well set up itg maxogen seems to work well though. A pannel filter is good although to be honest its nothing you will notice.

I put an Apollo kit on mine and took it off after a week. Although I never tested bhp or did a road test against something, I could feel that it had lost power. Did sound good in high revs though! Went for an ITG panel and never looked back

The maxogen has had proven dyno results from a member recently. Personally this route is easier than relocating the battery to accommodate a v6 box.
