Top display, climate control and radio stopped working..

Putting my after market radio in and as I pushed it through all of a sudden, all the above stopped working. I've checked to see if a connector come out whilst pushing the radio through but everything still seems connected.
When my lights turn on the top display only starts to work. Any help here please?

Fuses checked? I guess the battery was still connected at the time?

Check the radio fuse and that seems alright. It's just the displays not showing..
Didn't see the need of unplugging the battery just to push a radio in
