Weird noise from engine bay (vid included)

I'm getting a weird noise coming from the engine bay. Not sure how to describe it so I have included a short video.

I've recently had the cambelt, aux belt and water pump so it won't be anything to do with that.

Has been doing it for a few weeks but seems to be getting louder. When the car has warmed up it seems ok.

its the oil breather pipe valve , round black plastic part that goes onto the inlet manifold
