When you put the k&N on, it will sound well when you put your foot down, When your driving steady you won't hear it at all! If you've got a kid then this would be a better choice for you! Even if you lose 5bhp you will Never tell on the road! If you had 2 197 in a straight line race it will be pretty much identical!

Well I cannot understand why anyone would buy a Clio RS and then pay to mod it and loose power. There's enough experience on this forum to support the fact that it's a worthless performance upgrade.

The only way to get more power out of the F4R is to put a bigger airbox in, uprate the cams and use a better ECU to harness the physicals. This is exactly what is done to the Clio R3 rally cars and they're pushing 220bhp.

An induction kit will just make you louder and slower.

If you've heard one and can pick them up cheap I would say worth having, when mine was ran on the dyno the power was better without the inlet pipe fitted.
